I was gonna suggest to do music, but I see I am too late.

Ones that have not been mentioned are...

    Wutai
    Rocket City
    Fort Condor
    Cosmo Canyon
    Corel
    Desert Prison
    Ancient Forest
    Mt. Nibel
Shinra Tower (the last FFVII location rumble included Wall Market AND Midgar, and they were almost pitted against each other, so I suggest not using Midgar and instead breaking it down.)
    Wall Market
    Gaea's Cliff
    Mythril Mine

Right I got a bit o spare time, and there is no time like the present. I will start this off now.

    The list of participants.

    Midgar
    Costa Del Sol
    Gaeas Cliff
    Nibelheim
    Desert Prison
    Golden Saucer
    Kalm
    Junon
    Ancient forest
    Gelnika
    Corel
    Rocket Town
    Wutai
    Highwind
    Mideel
    Mt Nibel
    Bone City
    Chocobo Farm
    Sector 7 slums
    Northen Crater
    Shinra Mansion
    Cosmo Canyon
    Temple of the Ancients
Junk Ship (Between Junon and Costa Del Sol)

    Round 1

Kalm- The first town you visit once you finally escpae from Midgar near the beginning of the game, It is a quaint little mining town where the people live happily and healthily, You visit this town to go in to clouds past in the inn, Later on you also meet the Kalm traveller and I also believe this is where Marlene is housed at the end of the game.

    Vs

Cosmo Canyon - Cosmo Canyon is the epitome of spiritual in the world of FFVII, They dont believe in fighting and prefer the peaceful option everytime round, Red's Grandfather BugenHagen resides here with his huge astrology lab, Plus you have the Comso Candle at the entrance to the town where a deep conversation takes place.

Place your votes. Quiet and Quaint or Spritual and Peaceful?

I am going to vote for Cosmo Canyon because I never saw much point to Kalm.

Err... you have 25 locations listed... you should add three, or remove one if you want it to be in some kind of organized playoff.

    Kalm

I thought that it was the perfect first town to re-group up in after leaving Midgar. The stark difference between it's architecture and colour palette was very welcome after 5+ hours of steel ans murky colours.

Cosmo Canyon due to the awesome music and the colourfulness.
