Jaja, we all have our off days.

    Or in your case, weeks.

My first was Super Mario RPG, which I borrowed from a friend. However, I had no idea what I was doing at the time. It was FF7 that got me into the genre though.

Too bad Zelda 2 isn't an RPG.

It's an adventure game with RPG elements.

I thought Mystic Quest was on the SNES... That was the easiest Final Fantasy game ever. Made for little kids so they'd understand the genre better and get into RPGs I think.

This is Opeth - the best progressive death metal band EVER.

I think the Snes game was called "Mystic Quest Adventures". The GB-game was released as "Final Fantasy Adventures" in the US and in Europe it was called just "Mystic Quest".
I dont know why Square took different names for the same game. ^.^

There are three RPGs that started my love for the RPG genre - I can't remember which one I played first though.

    1. Shinning Force
    2. Earhbound
    3. Phantasy Star IV

I'm pretty sure it was FF: Mystic Quest.
One day I'll travel from the east to the west, and tap into the hidden strengths that all men possess.
