i don't know why but the stereo effects are really improved in this version compared to my arcade rip.

a great TAITO game, it's an horizontal shoot'em up.
the composer of this game is Yasuhisa Watanabe (Yack), the same composer who has composed Border Down (Dreamcast).

i made it as official OST are, like i use to do

with full tracks name + an .m3u playlist file & cover of the game CD box as the Soundtrack cover.

good to see that people finish to use the GREAT "SEARCH function of the forum"

also this file is in 128kbps i think, let me know if you want a new rip i mean VBR something near the 300Kbps, i'm able to rework all of my 128 job in higher quality, just let me know.

border down vol 1 and 2 got me through my graduation years in my part time jobs. i will certainly listen to this.

this album was good. yasuhisa played with sounds well to get some interesting dynamics out of the midis. subtle but i noticed them. good tunage.

Is it possible that they didn't do a good job porting the music from the arcade version.The sound is very muffled compared to the arcade version.You were taking about stereo separation, what did you use to rip the arcade soundtrack.Try using M1 it has full stereo support.
