I have a question and was unsure where to post it. Is this music legal? I would love some of it, but I just want to make sure.
if you guys have time please visit this site

Is there a way to change a title to indicate an updated rip? Thanks!

That didn't really change it, unfortunately...
People should at least post multiple formats, not every member here likes or can play OGG/Flac files and why should we be forced to download a Flac player to play a certain music? People like choice and not forced to use one format. Currently I cannot play Flac files or want to listen to wma files (a certain ost is only in wma format) everyone seems to be obsessed with Flac but uploaders MUST realise not everyone likes Flac

can anyone please upload Mega Man XXXL Music: Castle Walls - Mega Man & Bass King Castle Remix ?
Okay. Thanks.
Here's one I'm not sure I saw (but I did just skim the thread)--
What's the stance on drama CDs? Can those be uploaded here, or does it have to be solely music? And if the latter, where would one upload a drama CD here?

One of the guidelines is not to share links outside of ffshrine, but is it alright to share the soundtrack itself? Like if I were to upload two sets of the soundtrack, then keep one link exclusive to ffshrine while the other link I could share elsewhere. I'm far along on a reasonably high quality Pokémon Rumble Blast/Super Pokémon Scramble gamerip, and there are a couple other places I'd like to post a link when it's ready, so I just want to be sure.
Is there a guide or tutorial on how to, generally, rip things for consumption on this forum? Looking over my CDs I have more than a few that people might be interested in, but I have no idea how I'd go about ripping them as mp3 - much less .flac, which I don't use due to damaged ears; most people here seem to do mp3 and flac, so I'd want to rip as t hat.
Any help?
The two best Options for lossless (Flac) Rips are either Exact Audio Copy
or DBPowerAmp and then generate MP3s from them...
Here are two Guides :
DBPA : [Hidden link. Register to see links.]
EAC : [Hidden link. Register to see links.]
They are a bit of a hassle to set up, but the best Treatment rare CDs can recieve![]()
I used EAC (and later, Foobar to convert to mp3) and, well, [Hidden link. Register to see links.] Let's hope I didn't fuck it up.
Since lot of things changed since 2007,
is there a NEW list with the RECOMMENDED hosting sites?.
With recommended I mean something free that won't turn mad anyone trying to download from it (200mb every 48hs @10kbps)
I want to upload some heavy FLAC files.
By the way, are TORRENTS allowed? Torrents I maintain or will keep on seeding. At least as complementary files to the hosting.
