    download links forum guidelines

    1) feel free to post as many links to complete albums as you want, but keep it one album to a thread unless they're related

    2) use specific titles so people can find it

    3) please don't give the links out outside of ffshrine

    4) please say what site/host you're using in the topic title (rapidshare, sendspace, megaupload, etc)

    5) if you found posts useful, please take the time to thank the provider-- if no one appreciates what they do, they may not upload more in the future

    yeah, I thought it would be. hopefully it'll generate some buzz in the vgm community too ~

    thinking about making it so only members can view the links, but I'm not sure yet

    another thing you (or anyone) could do to help if they want is to browse here: [Hidden link. Register to see links.] for threads that were cleared during backup with rapidshare links

    also lurking at gamingforce or other vgm communities and posting the rapidshare/etc links here would be neat ~

    Do they have to be OSTs that are not on GH?

    Also, why not do the same with non-vgm?

    well, this is under the video game music so it's mostly for video game / anime music. I suppose we could look into adding something like it for the regular music forum eventually

    I'm not against the idea of a non-vgm/anime music section, but it's just not what this is intended for. a lot of posts were put in main vgm discussion with links on rapidshare/etc, so this was just a logical leap really

    Would it be possible to get posts made in that section to not show when you click on New Posts? I know not many of us use it, but I find it a bit annoying.
