Yeah, its all relative...but I like a number of tracks from various anime...some anime has a greater percentage of good tracks though...

I like: Kanon music (Only watched the original version, not the remake), .hack//Liminality music (specifically, Grandpa's Violin, and Mai's Theme), some Rurouni Kenshin music, some Full Moon music, and some music from a number of other anime shows ^_^

Game music is also good ^_~

Agreed. Macross Plus had incredible music that was very, very memorable.

Even if you don't like Yoko Kanno's work, you should definitely give this OST a chance.

The Kinnikuman character themes are quite catchy, on the basis of the music's cadence representing the mood, nationality, and characteristics of a certain individual from the anime. The introduction tunes are noteworthy, too. They really impart a galvanizing feeling, whereas the ending themes are more facetious and solemn.

This is more for a specific track than a particular anime.

One of my all-time favorites is from tenchi muyo. - i dont know what it is called. OVA 3 Episode 4It is that one that is played when everyone is working around the place whilst Seto is sleeping. Could someone tell me what it is called and where i can find it

    Same here.

I wouldn't go as far as to say it's the best ever, as there's lots of anime movies/programmes that I've not yet seen. But I do like the music in that one alot.

Samurai Champloo for me. It had a great soundtrack, though at some points it didn't fit.

The second is Death Note. I'm only saying this one because the music made the moments more dramatic with the opera and symphonic add-ins.
I was still a teenager myself but never treated like one. When you are a genius, you are by no means treated like a commoner.

if you mean open/end music, bleach, naruto and d-grayman.
If you mean the best soundtrack, I'd say Full metal alchemist and Samurai Champloo.

Samurai Champloo. Good beat and music.
Noein- This is the prime example of how music is done for a series. Every piece of music fits each scene perfectly. The soundtrack, especially the fight music, is just epic.
Karin - Only time that I watch an intro to a show over and over just to hear the theme song.
