    WAV format ripped via Exact Audio Copy. M4A & FLAC formats created by conversion from WAV files via dBpoweramp.
    Includes tagging/metadata via dbpoweramp based on in-game credits & tags from the [Hidden link. Register to see links.], with no other official nor verifiable source able to be located.

    Spoiler!

    Painkiller Original Soundtrack (Second Edition) {ONT0023}
    Spectrogram checks indicate the CD uses MP3 tracks, perhaps even the same MP3 192kbps CBR tracks as found in the Black Edition,
    so unfortunately this rip is basically just very upscaled MP3s. See [Hidden link. Register to see links.] for a CD lossless version of "Painkiller" by Mech
    as found in [Hidden link. Register to see links.].

    Due to the CD track list being completely out of order and with spelling mistakes, I have corrected this myself based on the previous soundtrack release.

    Spoiler!

    Found within the music folder of the [Hidden link. Register to see links.], also available via [Hidden link. Register to see links.]. Due to errors concerning tag editing with dbPoweramp's ID-Tag, both have had edits saved with Mp3Tag to correct the issue, so be aware if supporting the official release or seeking the native files. Please consider supporting the official release.

    Thank you!

    Second Edition is much lower quality, made from game MP3s...

    Here's the track missing from First Edition in full quality.

    You're certainly seem right about the Second Edition. Those Spectrogram checks are not lying, basically being completely identical to the MP3s in the Black Edition's music. I guess there was more letting it down than just a back cover with an incorrectly laid out tracklist with spelling errors. I've made note of this fact to disclose this shortcoming. Thanks for informing me (It did seem very evident music quality was lower with that release).

    And many thanks for generously providing a lossless copy of "Painkiller" by Mech. Finding their music has proven quite difficult, at least as far as my attempts as a UK resident have proved.
