    Does anyone have all the videos from the game?
    or can someone help me get those videos from the cds iso?

    The software linked above should help you extract/convert them, just put a game-disk in the drive (yes, even a "burned" one would be ok), then have the software scan it.

    for some reason I am not being able to work with that.
    I mount the ISO and when I open PSXMC I select the current drive (the right one), and it never analyses. And if I drag a STR file into it says I am missing a plugin.. I have looked, and it seems I am the only one who can't work with this.

    I had the same problem myself: it didn't like mounted ISOs, solved the problem by burning them to CD-R and have PsxMC scan those.

    Awesome. I hope they someday are able to revisit these and make them HD with machine learning.
