    Thanks for the links!

The Corman movie is one that I have not seen, yet. And it was made in a good year.

My favourite Roger Corman movie has to be Death Race 2000. What a scream!

How did you guess? Reading my mind again? Now needing therapy, again?

    I haven't seen Death Race 2000 since I was a kid.

How about Roger Corman's Vampirella or Fantastic Four?

Well, to be honest, I had no need to guess. I used the Klingon Mind Sifter on you last night when you were asleep! A nice little device, indeed!

Now that's creeping me out, soundtrekker! Shouldn't you be at Oktoberfest or some such thing getting shitfaced, and not probing unwitting minds?

Can't read my mind, I have full metal plating for a skull. Fell out of a Huey onto my head from 500 ft. over Macho Grande. They never did find the rest of my brains.

And, I thought waking up with a headache was from thinking too much the night before. I'm sure most of what you saw was static. The Klingon device was built from TV tuners of the 60's.

Spectre, you just get alien probing videos, at night, right?

I just watched a couple of classic Sci-Fi movies, Destination Moon, and Conquest of Space. George Pal put out some awesome movies.

I still have to finish Flash Gordon series, it is not a bad Sci-Fi series, but it ain't Flash Gordon. It is like calling a hog a chicken, but it still taste like pork.

Well done Mr Scott. Have a wee dram on me. I hopped back to 1746 to pick up this bottle. Not sure how good it will be, but the Laird of the McCrimmons clan swore by it.

That's about how I felt when I watched the new flash series! a lot of potential but no substance, the editing was terrible, the music was okay, visual effects was okay...all in all it was not the flash I had hoped for.

George Pal movies! now there is some fun stuff, used to love watching them on TV when I was a kid, I would love to see them all on the big screen, the only one I did was Doc Savage: The Man of Bronze! and have it on DVD.
Let us know how you liked the Flash Gordon series?

Thank ye laddie, if the Laird McCrimmons clan swore by it then it's good enough for me. Because you been such a fine laddie and a good friend, I'll play me piper for you and we can sit around the fire and get roaring drunk and talk about one of my Heros William Wallace!

I like that show, too. Had downloaded the episodes years ago, the two movies and the rather short single season. Darren McGavin is a fine actor, gave that show a special quality!

I have not watched the remake series, and I am thinking of buying the set.

Watching the series, I can see where they got the inspiration for X-Files.

How about the aptly named "Halloween" movie by Mr. Carpenter. The psycho wears a Captain Kirk mask. How's that for a Star Trek link? Eh? Eh?

Tonight, or more accurately in the early hours of Sunday morning, the Movies4men channel will be showing "The Thing From Another World". I wonder if it's going to be the colour version. If it is I've got my beer goggles at the ready. Actually, I'll probably start putting them on now. It's unseasonably warm tonight
