    I finally bought the CD and made a FLAC rip (+ scans) that can be downloaded here:

    Unfortunately, the bad quality of the sound that I thought was caused by the lossy compression is actually caused by a disastrous mastering or pressing...
    The lossless rip is therefore of little use. A rip of the Blu-ray audio might be preferable to this CD...
