[/COLOR]Yeah I know I saw the movie and thought how the music could've been more memorable and have a bigger impact. There are a few pieces that sounded wonderful in the movie (primarily Horn of Plenty) but it's just anonymous for the rest of the score, which is a bit disappointing given the popularity of the books and film. No instantly recognizable theme for this franchise either, I guess... hopefully it gets better in the sequels yeah
It's credited to James Newton Howard because, technically it's HIS arrangment of the song COMPOSED by Arcade Fire. They don't flat out put EVERY artist of the songs on the back of the CD, there's just not enough space. I'm sure it's mentioned in the booklet about the whole deal with Horn Of Plenty, just think of the Angels and Demons OST. Some of those cues had like 4 Composers on them, but they were all written to Hans Zimmer just to simplify things. It happens. I'm sure however, in the booklet (as always) everyone is credited. Now that that's out of the way, here's the Score + Prexisting Songs + The Album in CHRONOLOGICAL ORDER, and YES it is right. I did it myself so i'm sure:
Title
Artist
Additional Info
Scene Used (For Prexisting Music)

02 - Deep In The Meadow (Lullaby) - Jennifer Lawrence and Willow Shields

12 - War - Hypnotic Brass Ensemble (Caeser's Tribute Interview Intro Music)
13 - The Countdown - James Newton Howard (I don't remember hearing it, but they might've used the beginning,)
14 - Sediment - Laurie Spiegel (Right when Katniss comes up the tube and onto her pedistal that each of the tributes are on. When everything is very bright and her eyes are disoriented.)
15 - A Wasp On Her Adbomen - Chas Smith
16 - Three Movements For Orchestra, Mvt. 1 - Lower Austrian Tonkünstler Orchestra and Kristjan Järvi (Chorus Sine Nomine Conductor)
NOTE: 15 and 16 are mixed together in the film to make the Cornucopia Fight Sequence and Katniss' Flee to the woods.)

28 - Returning Home - James Newton Howard (The rest of Tenuous Winners/Returning Home)
29 - Abraham's Daughter - Arcade Fire
30 - Safe & Sound - Taylor Swift Featuring The Civil Wars
31 - Kingdom Come - The Civil Wars
And then, you can arrange the remainder of the "Songs From District 12 And Beyond" Album however you wish.
Just from making this list and listening to the score, the most noteable gaps are between 11 and 12, 16 and 17, and 17 and 18. I was disappointed that the cue when Katniss comes in for Private Training was excludedHopefully we'll get an expanded someday.
EDIT: Added the scenes for which the Prexisting Songs were used for and fixed typos
I found this guys...

Here is a download link somebody uploaded to Tumblr.
I'm not sure this is the full soundtrack, there seems to be some mislabeled cues/extras. I'm not sure but I thought I would share either way.

The entire score was on youtube yesterday. Someone downloaded it before it was removed, converted it into mp3, and uploaded it on mdiafire. The quality isn't so good but it's great to have it until the real album comesthanks!!

It is but low quality (45 Mo for all the soundtrack isn't so much)
Yes, yes I do. The score tracks are bought but I'll be getting them at midnight and Deep In The Meadow (Lullaby) comes out the 27th, but everything else I bought already
The extra tracks are some of the production music. Caeser Flickerman's Theme is just "War" but somehow despite the easy availability and it flat out states the proper author they got the WRONG version of "War", it's supposed to be by the Hypnotic Brass Ensemble and it's easily available on itunes, they included "Marissa's Flashback" from Hanna but neglected to include the other extra tracks. I dont recommend this, at least i don't recommend you keep this version. If you just follow the list i posted you should have everything you need and the correct versions of everything. If I need to post sources on where you can find the proper tracks i shall.
Now that I saw the movie again, knowing which is the score, and which is the source music, the music is much more better, it brings a sense of brutality to the games, warm and charm to the intimate scenes, wonder and epicness to the Capitol scenes, and tragedy to the emotional scenes.

Actually, I assumed that "A Wasp On Her Abdomen" WAS going to be for the tracker-jacker sequence...but it's NOT actually, they use the opening of it right after the count down and everyone runs off the pedistals, then it begins to fade into "3 Movements for Orchestra, Mvt. 1" and is never heard again the entire movie, not even during the tracker jacker sequence. So eh, idk.
Lol, it wouldn't much anything new, just be the production tracks (again, source tracks are typically when the music is coming from an on screen source such as a radio or television) basically, and a properly split version of "Tenuous Winners/Returning Home"
