Also, Gurren lagann Sorairo days. This opening gave me goosebumps the first time I heard and saw
The opening. Its what made me watch the show. Some of the bleach and naruto themes are cool too.

Baccano!'s opening, Guns and Roses, is just damn classy, and is right up there with Tank!(Cowboy Bebop) in terms of awesomeness.
Mirai Nikki's 2nd opening Dead End almost wins over Guns and Roses. Almost. Baccano! is just a better anime(imo)
Eureka Seven's opening Days is also pretty nice.
