    I'm not sure how well known either of these are but a lot of people i know dont know them. GeGeGe no Kitaro(not sure if thats the proper name) and Kyo Kara Maoh. they are both pretty good.

    Also there is one about a guy who gets a young girl for a hand.. cant remember much about it other than it was hillarious.

    Elemental Gelade was another good one

    Basilisk. I hate that whenever I mention what this anime is about most people immediatly say ahh I bet it's just a Naruto ripoff. Basilisk IMO is a fantastic anime and deserves alot more attention then it gets.

    I loved elemental gelade as well even though the dub wasn't that good -.- and kyou kara maou was also good remember when they both used ta come in IA tv?

    Terra e - one of the best animes ever made. It has a slow start but it really gets better by the episode. And the ending is incredibly satisfying.
