    Kramer Vs. Kramer [1979]

    Great little film with some wonderful performances from Dustin Hoffman, Meryl Streep and Jane Alexander.

    Hoffman actually plays a normal person for once. He does well.

    It's a family drama with some courtroom elements to it.

    Usually that kind of stuff drives me away but the performances and writing held my interest from start to end.

    4 out of 5.

    Grave Encounters - Found footage tale about one of those ghosthunting shows gone awry. Pokes fun at these kind of shows. For a low budget horror it has decent effects with only one that really made me raise my eyebrow. Takes interesting turns and it surprised me. Recommended. 4 out of 5.

    Battle LA ... as a critic pointed out...I looks like a commercial for the US Marine Corps.
    Very decent special effects though...and because of eckhart and Tyler for the music still: 3/5

    Apollo 18 - Kept hearing this was a rip-off of Paranormal Activity but it's just another found-footage flick like PA except this one is down right awful. Most of these movies feel like that scene from Family Guy where Brian is describing The Blair Witch Project in the movie theater. Nothing's happening, nothing's happening. Something about a [Add any word here. In the case of BWP a map and A18 a rock]. The end. A lot of people look pissed. That's definitely how I felt at the end of this movie, pissed. Waste of time. 1 out of 5.

    Ghost Adventures - The documentary that springboarded the series starts out kind of cliche and annoying but by the end it's obvious that the evidence speaks for itself. 4 out of 5.

    The Incredible Hulk Returns. A telemovie of the 80's TV show with Bill Bixby in the role of Dr. David Bruce Banner and Lou Ferigno as his alter ego. Has the first appearance of Dr. Donald Blake and the God of Thunder, Thor, in it as well.

    My Little Eye (2002) - Independent venture about a group of people occupying a house for a chance at a million dollars. The film is very creepy and voyeuristic due to all the webcams placed throughout the interior of the home. By the end this film reminded me of Hostel and Saw in certain ways but had an innovative feeling all its own. 5 out of 5.
