    Set a few years after Lightning and the others saved Cocoon, some survivors have decided to start over by rebuilding on Gran Pulse. Lightning, however, is nowhere to be found and thought dead by many, but Serah believes otherwise. When her town is suddenly overrun by monsters, a mysterious man named Noel appears to save her. Together, the two set off to find Lightning...

    FINAL FANTASY XIII-2 is the follow-up to the 2010 hit title, FINAL FANTASY XIII, and the latest installment in the world-renowned FINAL FANTASY series, which has shipped over 97 million units worldwide. FINAL FANTASY XIII-2 features an all-star production staff including producer Yoshinori Kitase, director Motomu Toriyama, character designer Tetsuya Nomura and art director Isamu Kamikokuryo.
    Square Enix have released two in-game screenshots of Final Fantasy XIII-2 and a story synopsis to celebrate the fact that the game will be demoed both on the show floor and behind closed doors at E3 2011. There will be two demos – one for the public and a private one showing a little more of the game. The private demo is about 30 minutes long.

    Doesn't matter about the system. More fan service with Serah <3 and story. I mean c'mon, you can deny the game, but can you deny the story?? ;D

    I can't wait!! But I haven't finished the first one though. Grinding on Vanille's and Fang's place and can't finish some quests I'm so weak. About FFXIII-2, was that before Serah became a L'cie?

    they're keeping the battle system??? Why???? They need to do something different. And in this sequel, actually have NPC's you CAN talk to and get information from. Hopefully, this sequel will have a good storyline. Not another X-2 hopefully...

    Soooo many things I hated from FF XIII, I can't actually see this one as a good sequel, hope I'm wrong tho! And yeah the previous sequel (X-2) while still fun, doesn't give any hope... but well, guess we should wait and see.

    i just read the wiki for XII-2. Lightning is in a mysterious dimension, and none of the other characters are around? WTF!!?? this fucking smacks of some dreamtime bullshit!! And I have to ask. WTF happened to the original ending!? how the fucking hell are they going to explain that away?

    Uh, the game isn't for PC - it's a PS3/X-box 360 title only. Besides, it was released in the US/Europe over a month ago.

    Also, this is an old thread, so... *kills said undead thread with Holy.*
