Seem to be glitches in aliens vs predator ogg's, for example battle of death track and might be good idea to update the ogg vorbis encoder to the 2010 one or newer from the 2004 one.

Actually its because im converting on my external hardrive and that produces some errors. might fix soon.

Actually, if you grabbed those Orange Box streams from the hcs64 tracker, I checked those PCM files and they aren't lossless - it's lossy sourced, and it looks like Valve directly converted from the original PC mp3's.
