Sorry, I don't have access to a scanner at the moment. I'm thinking of transcribing it in some software to practice but not sure which one....

I don't see why not its Arcade. There's a torrent for IIDX 17 in FLAC with log+cue+rr3% anyone willing to download this and share in a file hoster?

Also found IIDX 18 Resort Anthem in FLAC with no log or cue.

EDIT 1: IIDX 16 Empress has an EAC rip

EDIT 2: Well it seems a lot of IIDX EAC rips are floating around
I'll see if I can link those here.. Thanks in advance SSGotenksUFO

I would highly recommend Sibelius. I used to use Finale, and I switched to Sibelius and I have never regretted it.

Because someone might not know how easy it is to convert from FLAC to mp3 within a few seconds using foobar2000.

it's also easier for a bulk of the population to use something supported by well over half the commonly used applications and devices for playing digital music.

It's mostly the issue of space. Those on the lossy side might not want to waste bandwidth downloading usually two or three times the size of files in the beginning.

Yeah, I guess it's usually 3 main reasons:

    1) mp3 universally supported format
    2) lossless is much heavier in size
    3) don't know/don't want to convert themselves

The last reason nobody's gonna admit openly of course, but I've seen enough to know people are just being lazy sometimes.
