Small, but nice update:

Jesper Kyd - Assassin's Creed: Embers Theme (Salvation of Forli AC2 direct rip) used (partially) [Hidden link. Register to see links.], and of course in the short Embers movie itself. The track is taken from AC2 game sound files, with the help of ww2ogg tool made by hcs.

If you have downloaded AC2 rip (not the soundtrack), then you already have this track.

Might have tracked this one down. it seems to be by Methodic Doubt Music and it might be on the "Machine Vandals Vol.2" Release (could be itunes but i dunno) i found a site with a clean version. But i'm going to PM the link to the thread starter because it's his thread and i'm not too sure about putting up links in this place.
