Ridge Racer Unbounded

There are no plans to release an official soundtrack for now but besides the licensed tracks music there are new tracks by the usual Ridge racer composers... Mega, Aya, Ajurika,Sanodg, Rio Hamamoto, etc... anyone can rip it?

The 360/ps3 versions uses some kind of ultra-compression which makes the game actually 1.60gb in size excluding 360 padding. Cannot access any of the files. PC version is not out yet.

Has anyone actually had the chance to paly and hear the new tracks? Would it warrent a possible purchase of the game at this point? I'm a BIG R.R. series Fan not only of the gameplay, but of the great soundtracks as well...

The game uses Audiokinetic Wwise for it's audio and lucky for us, it has an XML file that provides proper track names

O.J is currently working on the rip from the PC version.

The sad thing is even though the files are OGG Vorbis at 44.1Hz or 48Hz, spectrally they only come up to around 18Hz.

I played ridge racer unbounded and its a mix of Burnout and Split Second. The music isn't your typical ridge racer music but its still okay. the music is nowhere as good via the Vita(Sony stole that from MS Vista) Version. I think every so often Namco places a monkey wrench in the ridge racer series just to throw ppl off like they did with R racing. Some will like it, some won't. Rent first.

There were few tracks that had RR6 or RR7 in the brackets, so I assume those are either remixes or unchanged versions from previous games.

This is all I can provide for now. A youtube user called "Marco Soundtrack" uploaded the tracks from the game and I ripped them and converted to mp3. It claims they are from the OST but I don't think an OST was released yet. Anyway here is the link [Hidden link. Register to see links.]
Alot of the tracks (music) from the Ridge crew are recycled tracks from 6 and 7 though.
