Username/Account dilema

Hey guys,

I just created a new a/c because I had problems with my old one and I couldn't whatsoever contact any admins or people who might help me out so I ended up to the point to create a new a/c in order to communicate with anyone who might help me.


Is it a problem if an Admin can private message me so I can tell him or her regarding my problem and maybe reach a solution in order to re-use my old a/c??
