this is unbelievable, i'm having GREAT difficulties to get my old account info back. first Sarah said that one of my old accounts (i've created a second one a long time ago because i've lost the info of the first) has been deleted because of something i've NOT done (seriously, wtf is "spoofing traffic with an iframe"? i haven't used the accounts for ages!), and now she doesn't want to answer my question about getting my old info (from the other account) back. another admin told me to go to the Chat and ask her, but she doesn't seem to want to help me. there's NO option to reset the password, and the email has been already activated years ago. i don't know what to do guys.
the only answer i've received from Sarah is "we don't delete accounts" written twice when i asked if it was possible to delete GH accounts, and nothing else. the other Admins don't respond to my messages.
