Just take all the sides. That way you can rape whatever card is in the middle. Or refine all your shitty cards that way when the random rule is in effect you get the good cards in your hand.

Or alternatively just go and talk to the man on the dock in Balamb and have him remove all the rules.

This is one of the best titles for a thread I have ever seen. I laugh heartily everytime it gets bumped. The irony of the actual topic only makes it that much funnier/sweeter.
