Favorite Limit Break?

I am a personal fan of "The End"

It was all fine and dandy beating Ultima and Omega the regular way, but...Starting(and by starting i also mean finishing) off the fight against those two bad asses with "The End", gave me a great sense of pleasure.

The End is a cheap trick... Sure it ends the battle before it begins, but where's the fun in that?

Irvine with Exeter (and Pulse Ammo) and "Shot" I used frequently. Sure Squall's "Renzokuken" is powerful, even moreso if you're lucky enough to get Lion Heart as a finisher, but I'd rather prefer the guaranteed damage earned with Pulse Ammo and "Shot".

Oh i never said The end wasnt cheap. lol, it was just funny the 2nd playthrough to see Omega fall into a field of flowers. ever so peaceful. "shot" is a really nice one w/ pulse ammo tho agreed.

Visually my favourite limit break is probably Lion Heart or Shot, I just love Irvines poses when he has a lighter ammo in his gun, it's so good

I would say mine in the whole game is Lagunas. I just love how overkill it is with the machine gun and then the grenade.

Oh yeah, Desperado is fantastic too, he just hangs in the sky for about 15 seconds just unloading his gun! Brilliant stuff

goin through the game right now actually, I actually really liked Kiros, his limitbreak is simple, but so fast. Im a fan of speed and that kind of stuff, so it had alot of extra appeal

I always liked better AP Shot for some reason. xD
I thought it was more fancy than the shoop da woop meme of the Pulse Ammo.

But I have to agree that Irvine limit breaks in general are quite fun to use.

i love squall's renzokuken "lionheart", the end of the most is so cool though,,

ARGH Duet is me least favourite...a dog shooting out a gun annoys the hell out of me.!!!!!! But Rinoas later Limit with mad spells is great

I really LOVE Lionheart. I can't express how many times that limit break has saved my party. I do like when Angelo comes randomly and gives our party an extra boost with the invincibility and that awesome 'jumping over the moon' cutscene.

Lionheart is the best! Then angelo invincibility and last Zell's running around the world for just 1 punch scene made me laugh a lot.

i like squall attacks but renzokuken was a bit ridicoulus for me, rinoa and zell limits are a bit better than the main protagonist,

as for the style, seifer's fire cross, no mercy was the coolest limit in the whole game

Zell's limit break is the most fun-to-play limit break in the series, I think, but I do like Laguna's the most. Even as far as video games go, it's hilariously over the top.

I like squall's limit breaks.Watching them makes me wonder how he does some of them, like rough divides energy attack.I also prefer selphies limits, over the ridiculously cheap zell one skill spam.Both are cheap, but having to imput button sequences for 20 minutes sucks, and feels cheap because enemies don't even get hardly any turns.

I would say Lionheart for sure. All of Squall's in general are pretty neat.

When I first played FFVIII I loved Laguna's just for the graphics and the slightly bored expression he has throughout.

They all unique in its own way, but I guess lion heart. wishing star would be good, but i still don't understand that move with the dog thing. lol.

But you right darth, I do rather have a guarantee shot like pulse ammo, but I prefer AP ammo since its a bit faster. Besides, where the fun in it. The random lion heart frustrates you sometimes or makes you feel satisfied when it does come out.

Lol. I am still wondering til today where or what is he hanging in the middle of the sky while doing desperado. :O
