He used to cover 80s toys, commercials, pop-culture a lot more. For years now, though, it's been soda and random minutia. Some people took that hard, but for the people there (even if I'm not their favorite son) and especially for people who were around since 99/00, it's far more about Matt himself being happy. We've watched him go from burnout to gainfully employed. He can do whatever floats his boat.

It doesn't have the nagging problems Opera had piled up.
Big ones that immediately come to mind:
Couldn't run the editor in photobucket
Couldn't rearrange vids in playlists on youtube.
Couldn't run WMV movies anymore.
That last one broke the camel's back. No way I'm okay with not being able to watch like half of porn vids. NO. FUCKING. WAY.
It's just as fast, if not slightly faster, too.
