Played on PS3. Friend played on xbox. The two versions were virtually identical. The only real difference I noticed was no slight pause on the bridge to load on PS3, and the cops were a lot more vicious for some reason.
Cars were fine when going over the bridge but cornering at high speed was impossible. I also missed taking corners at full speed on PCJ or NRG. A bike was my favourite mode of transport in previous games. I could get to where i wanted to go in record time zipping in and out of traffic. They fuckered that up for the sake of realism.
The satire was still there in the signs and parts of the world but it was still too bleak for me. If I want to see bleak and realism I'll go outside.
I used to spend hours just farting around in SA and VC. Not doing any story, just side missions. So much fun.
It was great. Stupid side missions that filled the world, made it seem more alive than before. I got it and Lost and Damned. The bit were all 3 overlap was really cool.

Looks like a hydrocele. It's when excess fluid and water get in there. Sometimes painful, sometimes not. It doesn't usually hamper function, but that dude clearly will have to battle Physics to get the job done.

I own it on PC and PS3 and I noticed that the cops are more agressive on the PS3 as well. I prefer the PC version, the only thing I hate about that version are the helicopter controls are so fucking bad.
You should give Old Doc more credit.

I have VC on PC but I don't know if Win 7 would still run it. I should find out.
