I watched a lot of that show, one day last year. Or 3 years ago. You know how Shrine is.
Really awesome stuff.
I watched it regular when I was able to. Laughs and learning at the same time. Can't beat that.

Tesco is about 1 1/2 mile from me. That's a 3 mile round trip. For Welsh ass.
Who do I know is welsh? Catherine Zeta Jones. Charlotte Church. Marina (and the Diamonds).

I do use Tesco. They used to ask me:
"Do you have a clubcard?"
"No."
That used to really scare them. They'd go quiet and sheepish. Now I use the self-serve thing.

I used get folks like you in all the time when I worked in a department store.
Id' tell them to lighten up while they were all big and scary holding their box of chocolate chip cookies.
Usually they'd go all sheepish.
I got fired after a 2 months.

Some grocery stores here let you take a little scanner and ring stuff up and bag it as you shop. You just run the scanner against the self-checkout and pay when you're leaving. It's wonderful.

The larger store in the City has those. I'd use that if I could. The larger store are 24 hour as well. I'd go at 2 am if I could. Stroll like a boss through the empty aisles. No such luck here. They close at 9pm.
Some of our stores have that. I still use the cashiers.
I don't like the machines.
We have one store open here 24/7...a Shopper's Drug Mart.
The grocery store used to be open 24/7 but now it closes for a few hours.
Which is good I suppose.
Drunk grocery shopping isn't always the smartester.
Cashier work is awful. You're pretty much in the lowest position at the store, but customers hold you responsible for everything they didn't like about their shopping experience.
I remember once I had to shut down my register and take a break immediately, because I was a minor and the laws about that are strict. This lady started screaming at me that I cared more about taking my break than her. What....of course I do. I care more about not getting fired than random hysterical women, as a rule.

I love grocery shopping at 2am. All the places here close at 11, though. Really sucked when I was working 3-11:30 because I could never get stuff after work.

Anyone who's ever worked a factory floor will know the joy and danger of these things. This guy has had too much time on his hands, though.
we used to do that all the time at my job. we'd get a couple side by side and race. till a dick boss said something about it.
