I got curious about tea and what the rest of the world calls it. I know there's special named teas like earl grey and jasmine and whatnot....... but in America, tea is tea. There's no special name for it. It's just a brown tea (do it yourself tea is powder not in bags) that tastes really heavy and coats the tongue on its own, but we sweeten it up (maybe put in some lemon flavor) and it may or may not be referred to as sweet tea. But do other countries have this kind of tea? What do they call it? The same tea is acceptable hot or cold. It's like an all purpose tea........ We have no class when it comes to tea.....
