Don't expect beautiful flawless digital stereo sound here. Sound quality is great considering the sources (old Vitaphone records that we're lucky even still exist, much less are in good shape), but definitely not flawless. The first three tracks are the most problematic due to the fact that the record had been broken and had to be glued back together. Great compilation though.

Links are dead :( this is the only place I've been able to find "I Love to Sing-A" (let alone in flac), and I need it for a mixtape I'm re-making (my CD is 300 miles away).
Any chance anyone can re-direct me, or re-up these elsewhere?

I can rip I Love To Sing-A in FLAC and upload that this week. The entire compilation won't be reupped until I can get to scanning the booklet, which is not a short little thing by any means.

Oooh, that would be absolutely lovely :) I will forever in your debt if you could do that. I'm sure you have a new preferred-site, but in case you don't, I use MediaFire and it is wonderful.
Thank you!

I typically use Mirrorcreator to upload to multiple sites and then link to each individual host - load.to is my favorite to download from so far as a free user. No captcha jDownloader can't decrypt, no wait times between downloads, etc.

Howdy again. I don't mean to be pushy or anything, but I was just curious if you had been able to get around to uploading the song yet (been dying to remake that mixtape and it's the first song, haha). Thanks :)

Oops! I'm so sorry, I forgot. This weekend absolutely. :) And then perhaps in the next few weeks I can get to crackin' on scanning the booklet so I can re-rip and re-upload the full album.

I'd be thrilled if there was any way this could be reupped. I'm a new fan of Jolson and have been looking for this one everywhere. Thanks to anyone who can help.
