Thanks for the share! I really loved the first movie, and I thought the music was an interesting mix of modern textures, but also with occasional moments of orchestral grandeur.

Personally I'm kinda dreading the soundtrack to the new american version of the movie directed by David Fincher. I'm sure the film will be great (although I don't really see why it needs to be done at all), but if its scored by Trent Reznor, I'm sure we'll get "Social Network" on steroids, a lot of noise, ugh.

And thanks for the covers, Sith, and no, you're not crazy, I make my own covers all the time, and love it!

Which songs on this soundtrack are from "The Girl Who Played With Fire" and which ones are from "The Girl Who Kicked The Hornet's Nest"? Might anyone know?

That's impossible. They picked some similar cues from both movies, joined them together to suites and voila.

Great post! I truly prefer Groth's score to Reznor & Ross' one.

I see your reply to my post but my post is gone. How weird!
