I don't know if this has happened to anyone else, but for some reason I can't get to Galbadia Hotel because it has been blocked. Sorry if it has already been said before. I was just wondering what was going on.

Is it from google?
It's because some malware has been found, apparently.
Just go to gh.ffshrine.org and click "Ignore This Warning" if you don't care about it.
I am curious why it has this, though.

Yeah. I went back on today with my mac and it didn't stop me. I don't know. Guess that was solved.

I've recently found galbadia and it has blown my mind!...Wide open,All the console games I played as a Kid have soundtracks? Man it's unbelevible (I'm a crap speller just so you know)so anyway, I looked for panzer dragoon saga soundtrack and metroid prime 1,2, and loads others and there they were, ready for downloading...great! BUT for some reason I can no longer download anything, the message "internet site not found" keeps coming up.Now don't get me wrong, I followed the instructions step by step and it worked in the past but it's not working now? Please tell me how to fix this as I feel like my nuts have been cut off or like an adict without his fix. I checked my internet provider and thats fine, I have a gig and half download time left, theres no parental locks on. No virus's on my comp so whats the prob?

Don't triple post. We have edit buttons for a reason.

I'd suggest making a new thread in this forum if you want appropriate attention to be paid to your question.

When you said Galbadia is blocked, is it because it's been listed as an attack site or malicious site?

Oh god not again >< it's happened to me too just now.

Yes, it has been blocked again because it was reported as "Reported Attack Site". Here we go again with the stupid virus. Someone really need to catch that virus and get rid of it. This is rediclious. >_<;

Hah you make it seem like it's some kind of animal that is loose on here or something.
But I did get the same warning as well, and since I was not home, I decided to check here to see what was up myself, though I'm not worried.

The fact that Goggle does this without even giving us the dang option to turn it off irritates me to hell.

There's a link at the bottom of the "This Page Is Reported blablabla" that says "Ignore this warning"

Wait what do you mean by this?

Yeah, but you've got to ignore the warning every time you wish to go to a new page, instead of just selecting it once for the entire damn website. Honestly, if you're going to ignore the warning, it should give you up as a lost cause, not continue to bother you every single time you wish to load from a page!

schnoobleman, how about you wait more than five bloody minutes for somebody to respond? This site isn't THAT well-populated.

Well I ignored the warning...and for those using firefox...there's an option under security to turn off malicious sites' warnings so you can just go to the site. But anyway, is anyone else having a problem evening downloading a song from the site? Everytime I click on an mp3 it just stays in limbo and doesn't download. I hope this gets resolved quickly :(

I just hope this problem gets resolved soon.
Galbadia Hotel is my favorite VG music archive.

It should get resolved eventually. I just click on the "ignore warning" and go to the site. And I'm using good ol' Firefox.

I've lurked here, first on the main page and then later on the forums, for years, and still haven't gotten around to really properly navigating the main forums- so if there is a more recent thread/sticky for this kind of thing, sorry; This topic was the latest I could turn up with the Search function.

Thought it might help if someone posted what exactly is being troublesome with the GH site. Whenever I visit, Avast reports a generic "Obfuscated-gen" Trojan, hosted from b35.info/t/logo.jpg.

Aborted the connection, of course. My previous AV software didn't report any such malware on previous visits here (recently switched to Avast), and- in the past and now- Spybot hasn't turned up any junk in its scanning. Still, could be useful information.

I can support what Kalthuras said, with the additional information that it seems to to have hidden itself within the site banner.

It only happens with Firefox for me. I can get into the site fine using Internet Explorer.

To access the site on Firefox, do...

Tools --> Options --> Security --> uncheck Block reported attack sites and apply.
