sorry for replying so late. But it's not part of the soudtrack as this is a rip from the latest update. Also, the Meet the Sniper music is a remix of the Magnum Force theme. So if you want the song, the closest you will get is Magnum Force. Maybe I'll remix it to mimic the sniper song.

Sorry that this hasn't been updated in a while, I can't find any clear version of the two new songs that VALVe has shown.
