Woah. I didn't know that a 2 CD version of the original Matrix score existed.

It was never done, until NOW. Thanks to "Mr. Don "Matrix" Davis", we have the chance of listening to the great music that is "Matrix".
The one that's on here, isn't the complete, just a bootleg.

Didn't Intrada / someone put out a complete Matrix late last year? Or am I going bonkers?

Yep, Varese Sarabande did a deluxe edition. More than enough on that one for me ;) Wonder what else is on this 2disc set?

Jeez, sorry - I'm being a bloody idiot tonight. I actually have the damn disc on my shelf as well. :/
In my defense, I'm doped out of my mind on Lemsip...
As far as I can remember there are two "other" 2CD sets. One is excellent (containing 100% of the movie's music as ripped from the DVD isolated score) and one is absolutely horrid (dialogue samples all the way through, poor sound, etc.)
Wonder which one this is... ;)

Dude, you ROCK for these! Thank you so much. It has been impossible to find that "Double trouble" song where Morpheus fights the twins in the garage anywhere. But I finally have it. Thanks!
Quick question though, I was listening to The Matrix Complete score and I still couldn't find the music clip where Neo gets the first Phone Call from Morpheus in the Office. Am I missing it somehow? Does anyone know?

Thank you for the Matrix complete score. I'm listening to it now. Was it a promo score, or something else?
Also, as I've been listening to it, it becomes clear that the tracks are seriously mislabeled.
Unfortunately, I don't have the time to track down what the correct track list is at the moment, but when I get a chance, I'm quite willing to post it here if you wish.
Thank you for this find,
JonC

Okay, I may have to give up on this.
First, the back label lists the album as being 120 minutes, when the tracks provided are only 96.
Second, the tracks do not merely have the labels switched, they have no real correspondance with the list provided at all.
For instance, Track 19. Lady In The Red Dress/The Sewers is 1 minutes and 5 seconds long. The music corresponds with the Deluxe Edition Track 18. Boon Spoy, and DVD rip Track 19. There Is No Spoon. (which this album lists as combined with The Oracle.)
However, Track 13. The Truth corresponds with DVD Rip Track 15. Woman In The Red Dress, and Track. 14. Neo's Awakening corresponds to DVD Rip Track 16. Sweepin' In Quick and Deluxe Edition Track 16. Swith Woks Her Boa. (Heard when the movie cuts back to the ship in the sewers.)
And so on.
Unfortunately, the track data provided is literally worse then useless.
I've identified most of the tracks, (I think,) but ultimately only by how they're known on other albums. It's particularly problematic for the tracks near the end of the movie (as opposed to the end of the track list,) which the original list has compress into only a few tracks. And as far as I can tell, a lot of the early tracks listed (Follow The White Rabbit and The Nightclub, for example,) do not seem to be on the album at all.
I am at a loss how or even if, to proceed.
Regretfully,
JonC

The Matrix Complete Score posted here is an incomplete bootleg. Varese Sarabande officially released the complete score as The Matrix: The Deluxe Edition [Original Motion Picture Soundtrack] ([Only registered and activated users can see links]).

Yes, thank you, I have that. My issue was how to proceed with straightening out this album. It does have tracks the Deluxe edition does not. (Such as the Woman in the Red Dress.) So far I am finding stuff that was on the previous DVD rip, but with a better sound mix.
