To start with I must say that, like the Angela Aki and Aoi Teshima threads (see sig) I created with Japanese pop that is better than the usual pop, Kokia is one of those awesome singers. She has such a fantastic beautiful voice and deserves to be heard by all. I have to mention that if you like these albums I highly suggest that you buy them to support her. Kokia is still fairly unknown so she can use all the support. The albums from Aigakikoeru down are 320kbps rips from my own cds!!

Probably because Follow the nightingale was a bonus track in European edition of The Voice. But IMO, it is too good to be just a bonus track ;) One of my fav songs along with Harmony (Chouwa oto) and Ai no Rinkaku. btw In Follow the Nightingale lyrics are sung backwards: ATTAMIJAHAHIRA TAGONOMARAKIKOTA :))) hehe Gotta love those easter eggs :D

OK, so everywhere I go. They ALWAYS suggest that the chorus of ToI's OP song, Follow the Nightingale, is reversed japanese. I tried figuring it out... Maybe KOKIA fans might know better though?

I removed some of the parts that were repeated and only got the ones that made sense. I also put some / in between to know where to break the words and what were the ones that SHOULD be together. I wasn't able to get it at first cause I read it how it is backwards.XD
... And my JP translating skills isn't perfect (songs are killers), so I might get something wrong...

Yeah the reason I generally do not like best of albums is they don't always put the songs I like on there.
I recently found 8 albums of Kyosuke Himuro at a used cd shop for 3$ a piece so I may create a thread of his stuff sometime in the future. Of course Kokia, angela aki, and aoi teshima are so awesome that nobody sells their albums to used cd shops so I couldn't find any of those i didn't have.

I got most of her albums after hearing one song in a Tales of (one of the DS games) trailer and searching for discography. I found a collection that was terrible quality so I had to go get the albums (thankfully it was around Christmas and I could ask for them all). Then I made sure to keep an eye out for her other work and order her main albums (The VOICE, Kokia Infinity Akiko). Her music is so wonderful!
