PS:
i would point to you that is not the German Promo Score But really the Japanese complete ost.
according the tracks duration, the German Promo Score length is 19 minute 20 sec instead of + than 70 min here.

I am not sure about this album.. I can say for sure it's not the Japanese version as i have this one.
Now if Rimo is correct about the tracklength on vgmdb, it's neither the german one.

You can see in the tags this album came from "[Only registered and activated users can see links]" and they used to release rips.
I don't think the german promo was ever ripped to public.
