In the final version of the game, each level has its own theme plays throughout the stage as opposed to the music from the beta ([Only registered and activated users can see links]) (not ripped by me) which was broken up into a specific bit of music for each individual room.
If you're wondering, yes the stage music in the final version does have new material composed for it, so the game basically has two soundtracks.
EDIT- The track entitled "Ending" was accidentally missing about half the music in the final cutscene, this track has been replaced. If you've already downloaded the entire rip you can just download the fixed track here ([Only registered and activated users can see links]).
