I managed to acquire this about 6 months ago or so on DC++. I haven't been able to find it anywhere else since then.
I've looked at 30+ DC++ hubs, many torrent sites and such.

It's definitely very unusual, I doubt it was released, and if it was - it was probably to a few selected people as a promo or something. This is the 2nd CD only because the first score is already fairly easy to find on the net. I will upload the first as well if people want me to.

The Crow got a score which is very beautiful and inspirational. I thought that I had heard all the music in The Crow when I listened to the first score, but when I heard some tracks in this 2nd one I was stunned and really amazed that I had somehow forgotten some.

One of the tracks being "Shattered In The Head", short and simple but really really nice - you can almost feel yourself being in the dirty city relaxing with Eric Draven. Haha.

This one got some similar tracks to the more widely distributed score but also many which weren't included in the first score.

It's absolutely breathtaking to me, and probably will be to other fans.

The Crow is one of those films that I watch annually, I've been a fan of the character since seeing the film in the early 90s! Outside of a terrific movie was an amazing score, or so I thought^_^! Thanks for sharing this with the community, it's great to have the second piece of the soundtrack puzzle!
