Hm, good question! Seems as if there's no difference at all... I got the 20-track Konami soundtrack with cardboard slipcover, where the logo stroke is horizontal.

The release country should be Japan, so that explains the difference - mine was releases in Europe I think (haven't got it here, have to look again, when it comes into my hands). But interesting; I think I have to get this one too... to complete the set. ;)
