It’s always interesting when a film composer decides to produce an album of his own music from different soundtracks. You would assume that each piece is carefully chosen for any number of reasons, all of which are the composers own. But it is an insight into the man and his music. In these two stellar examples of the genre, JOHN BARRY and ELMER BERNSTEIN composed, selected and conducted all the music.
