I have heard many "almost like it" version around the internet, the most accurate one has been the kinda variation version when Yoshi played on the Dahlia tour. Everything under the X Japan section is X Japan...or ''X'', before the name change. Then the solo works kick in...the members of the bands own solo projects...they aren't X Japan, but I put them all there because they're pretty much directly related ^^ I hope I understood your question right ^^

There's a 10 minute live version of ''X'' in the ''Endless Rain'' CD single. It's there under the singles section. It's a very good one. There's also a ten minute live in the ''1988 Kyoto Sports Valley'' show, under the lives section. Again, on the live X Japan album ''On The Verge Of Destruction'', there's a 10 minute version of ''X''.

The version of Crucify My Love that I put up for download is from this album ''(1998.09.30) Piano Solo Instrumentals (128kbps)''. It's an album altogether separate from the ''On Piano'' album, and all the songs are 100% piano ^^ It's in the X Japan download section =) Grab it! All your favorite songs in 100% piano =)

As for the version you're looking for, I'll keep looking =) The one you're talking about is from the Dahlia '95 tour I believe...and it's on the ''Live Live Live Extra'' album. I don't know if it exists outside of the live performance you heard. Usually Yoshiki's Piano Solo's mix a few of his songs up, or sound abit different from their original counterparts. Abit of improvisation ^^ But you're looking for a non live version of it? I'll see what I can do =)

You mean 11 through 21? Those tracks are supposed to be blank. When you take the first letter of each of those songs, it spells out Dahlia, two times in a row. It was intentionally done.

I'm complaining here because he hotlinked everything we started posting, and FYI, we had the downloads directly from our site 4 years ago, but because of problem with hosting we decided to put them on the forum. So yes, I'm basically saying that if you have no proofs, or just want to play around with me, stfu.

On your website, the cafe le psyence album by hide, I downloaded it, and it only has 2 songs, instead of the whole album. I just wanted to point this out. Also, i'd really like to have the whole album, so I guess i'm pointing it out for that, too. I really need that album for my collection, and it's a shame to see your basically perfect collection missing some songs.

Also, it's a shame to have someone steal your stuff like this. But, in retrospect, the only reason I found your awesome collection was through this website. Still, it's lame to steal.

They're the reason JRock is so huge and popular right now. Every, and I mean every, band in Japan today(and the 90's) was inspired by X Japan or hide's style of music and what they did with it...

Thanks to the OP for all these, especially DopeHeadz. this thread is gonna keep me busy for a while.

If only hide was still alive, I know Yoshiki and him would change rock as we know it...

I must admit that I am only a big X Japan fan because of their ballads rather than their heavy metal/punk stuff.

You should check out Dahlia. Yoshiki's drumming in the beginning is the fastest human drumming I've ever heard without a drum machine. From there it goes from hardcore to a mind blowing ballad of epic proportions. Also Art of Life has a 3 minute ballad intro before diving into heavy stuff. Still beautiful all throughout. Art of Life's demo has no vocals and is less hardcore if that's what your looking for. Whoa, I'm a poet and I didn't even know it!

all of hide's albums are near perfect. He played all guitar parts for every song just like Jimi Hendrix, gotta respect that...Check out the first 3 of his singles if you want to make a decision on whether you wanna spring for the albums. Definitely check out Misery!
