George of the Jungle is mislabeled as David Newman sometimes. I can tell you where that originated, but rather than start another argument, I'll just say it's by Marc Shaiman. I can get that for you, but I'm sure someone else here has it and can upload it faster than I can (read below for more info). For Frasier, I don't have it but can get it, but again, read below.

I believe I have promised some Elliot Goldenthal uploads to someone, but the upload speed here sucks. It keeps timing out on me. I'll keep trying for a while to get these for you, but don't hold your breath.

This would be amazing. I am doing my best to find L'incontro Con La Figlia (which translates to The Encounter/Meeting with the Daughter. It's from The Return of Ringo, I think, if that helps. I have yet to find it.

Nice work! Although a number of the tracks in there are not the versions that appear on the official soundtrack... The Green Leaves Of Summer, The Verdict, White Lightning, Slaughter and Davon Geht Die Welt Nicht Unter are all different. Not a big deal anyway since that stuff is easy to get from the CD.

The unreleased stuff sounds right, except for Bath Attack. The version used in the film is a different one with electric guitars which nobody seems to have found yet. I'm sure it'll turn up eventually though. :)

I was looking at the soundtrack listing on the movie's IMDB FAQ page and noticed that they listed 3 additional cues: a 2nd cue from "White Lightning", a 2nd cue from "Dark Of The Sun" and "What I'd Say" from Rare Earth.

George of the Jungle is mislabeled as David Newman sometimes. I can tell you where that originated, but rather than start another argument, I'll just say it's by Marc Shaiman. I can get that for you, but I'm sure someone else here has it and can upload it faster than I can (read below for more info). For Frasier, I don't have it but can get it, but again, read below.

I believe I have promised some Elliot Goldenthal uploads to someone, but the upload speed here sucks. It keeps timing out on me. I'll keep trying for a while to get these for you, but don't hold your breath.

Apparently I missed the fu**ery in the district 9 thread... :( Anyways, I did pre-order the cd and I'm so disgusted with the composer (and his minions) that I will be sharing the score in lossless everywhere whenever I get my cd. Suck on that!

Why are ppl protecting this composer? What makes him special? After all, he is new... wouldnt he liked for ppl to know more of his work? When I write emails to dif composers asking where I can buy their work, they have always been happy to share it, get this (and it might blow your mind), for free!

PS I had to walk away from that thread b/c the stupidity of some ppl was making me ill. Ppl do preview first and if they like it, they WILL buy the freaking cd. Geez, why is that so hard to comprehend?

You're breaking Ape Law. Requesting something multiple times, especially in the same 24 hour period, is frowned upon. If someone has it, they'll post it. It may take some time, but if you don't hear anything after a couple months, it's safe to ask again. Five hours after your first request is really pushing it. Unless you have Yakuza hitmen threatening to disembowel your dog unless you cough up the score to Bad Boys 2, you are not "desperate." You are now officially warned.

The songs QT used all pretty much appear on other soundtracks or albums, so they are pretty easy to find. As of now the only 3 tracks that haven't surfaced are:

-"Eastern Condors (Main Theme)" by Sherman Chow Gam-Cheung
-"Hound Chase" by Charles Bernstein
-"Al Di Là Della Legge" by Riz Ortolani

And this is mostly because the soundtracks these songs were taken from are pretty tough to find.

One thing I noticed the second time I watched the movie is that the track called "Hound Chase" was (I think) used in Kill Bill, except on that soundtrack it was shortened and combined with a track by The RZA and titled "Crane/White Lighting". This makes sense because the track "Hound Chase" is from the movie "White Lightning". Hasn't helped me in finding a full version of the song though... :(
