Just carry on as normal,
If he wants to come back, let him...
We don't even know he's gone...
No point in talking about it,
No point in mourning his departure... coz it's not final -_-

Just, carry onnn ;D
He'll let you know what he's doing when he's ready x]

There are links for an Addams Family Game on the main mp3 page for Galbadia Hotel. I don't know whether it is for the Game Boy version.
I have been unable to find a source so far for the score, but I have seen a number of sites with emulators for the game. It might be possible to down load the emulator and rip the music from that. Unfortunately I neither the tools or talent to do so. If I find anything I'll let you know.

I did a search on google under "addams family" "game boy" and rapidshare, and found a few (although they may be dicey sites.) Sarah's emulator list on Glabadia Hotel also mention Addams Family. The links seem to be down, but she seems to still be posting, but not to this forum. You might try writing her.

Hey, I don't know; the ones I got were:
SUSPIRIA (11 tracks) and
REQUIEM (24 tracks) which sounds a lot but is actually pretty short, just over 30+ minutes... I guess if you had longer versions of either I'd be interested, and a BIG THANX for the info!

I would think you wouldnt want to give credit on a post to an original uploader. It keeps the links up longer, smaller chance of being found out by random searching. Once I gave credit to all my suppliers on my list and then thought If someone found my list, I just outed everybody. Consequently I dont do it anymore. Sometimes Ill say "Credit to the original uploader" but i wont say who that uploader is. If somebody wants someone else to know that it was their particular creation, tag it. Either in a text file or in your artwork. Thats how they do it with Comics and Manga. Now you have credit. Peers shouldnt call out Peers when it comes to illegal sharing and so someone drops a bomb, in my judgment irresponsibly, and a trusted Peer, who never meant any harm, took it to heart. bi0, basically took his ball and went home. He doesnt want to play any more and the community is lessened for it :(

Bi0 hasn't gone because his/her profile was active today. He/she must have changed the profile to invisible mode by now.
Maybe he/she is just take a rest and stop uploading for a while, although there's nothing who prevents him to do so. It is his actions and that should be respected.
But it's always sad when one of the best contributors to this forum like he/she is, suddenly stops uploading or most important participating and being an active member of the FFS.

And if he or she is indeed JablonskyFan from Vagos, then his last activity on that forum was just an hour and a half ago.

I listened to the score to Terminator Salvation and it wasn't good at all. The music doesn't fit into the Terminator world. It lacked attention and action that the previous movies had in there scores. Marco Beltrami was way better to do the Terminator movies. His score to Terminator 3 was fantastic. He even kept to tradition and composed Brad Fiedel's Original Terminator theme. But of course gave the credit to Brad, which was awesome. :D

Brad Fiedel and Marco Beltrami were the best Terminator score composers. Elfman just isn't cut out for Terminator movies. Plus Terminator Salvation was just Aweful. McG is not a good director. He didn't even show us the famous Laser battle of the future world. Arnold must come back and as the lead. Not a CGI joke that he didn't even approve of.

But it's always sad when one of the best contributors to this forum like he/she is, suddenly stops uploading or most important participating and being an active member of the FFS.

And if he or she is indeed JablonskyFan from Vagos, then his last activity on that forum was just an hour and a half ago.

Heh heh. Someone's a stalker. ;)

He's probably playing the part of lurker now. Hi, bi0!

I agree with everything except the last part.
The laser wars takes place in 2029 and 2032 in both first movies.

Salvation takes place 2018 so I don´t think such weapons have been created yet by either Skynet or Humans since Skynet barely even had a legion of T-800 Terminators...
Yes Arnold was one of the major characters for it but this is the future and he is too old now.

John connor should be the star in these new movies but that Bale blew it.
If Sam Worthington and Christian Bale changed roles the movie would be so much better.

@All

i am still around checking the website. I just haven't wanted to fuel the fire that surrounds the previous situation. I figured not being an active presence on the site would be wise. But with someone threatening to hack my profile, I decided it was time to speak up.

I'm not going to try to make anyone understand the situation, you have all come to your own conclusions. It's funny how people judge you based on a paragraph typed on a computer. Oh well...

I am not writing this looking for vindication of any kind, nor am I going to try to justify myself. I am simply going to say this...
1. I am sorry that bi0h4zard left the forum. I believe that he and I came to an understanding. He graciously apologized even though he/she did not have to. I understood what he was doing. He obviously had a longstanding relationship with everyone on this forum, and was trying to provide you all with wonderful music. We just may not have agreed on how it's done. Even though we differed on a few points, just as i can tell from many of your posts that many of you disagree with me. I'm okay with that...that's just life... Everyone goes about things with a different set of beliefs, right or wrong. The point was I accepted his belief, and I think he accepted mine. I know many of you want to boil this down to simply wanting credit. I will simply say that it is not true. But again, I am not here to plead my case... I'd like to just see if we can all "agree to disagree."

2. Now, for the other part. As much as many of you want to blame me for him leaving the forum, but I won't . I may have initiated the circumstances, but it was ultimately bi0h4zard's choice. I don't presume to know what he was thinking Even after the misunderstanding was cleared up, others continued to fight with their posts, offering their opinion of a situation that they are but a third party to. None of you know me. None of you know or even cared about the circumstances that caused the misunderstanding. The only thing most of you saw from my post was wanting some ridiculous credit. Many of you think I'm stupid because I share music on the internet, then get upset when others pass the music on somewhere else. Maybe I'm old school. How could any of you know that I only share soundtracks that I have purchased. And when I share them, it's for a limited time. I only share on a couple sites that understand this, and they are private blogs. I remove my links after a limited time. I do this, because I still believe in buying these soundtracks. These companies like Intrada, FSM and Varese exist only because people purchase the cds. I want to see them stay in business, don't you? So yes, I'm a little conservative. Yes, I participate in illegal sharing; I'm not stupid. But I keep all the music I download from these great forums for my listening only; because I'm a soundtrack whore... I love 'em! But I do not repost any of the music I download. As I said, I only share music I purchased. Right or wrong, that's just how I do it. But you came to a conclusion about me; that I am someone who thinks differently than you do, and therefore I am automatically wrong. (Not to mention that I'm the new guy who seemed to be going against one of your own!)

This is already longer than I wanted, so let me just finish up by saying that I don't want to leave the forum. Even though I do not visit or post often, I would still like to visit occasionally and maybe provide some music. However, I do not want to be the cause of civil unrest on this website. I can understand if most of you want me gone, especially after losing bi0h4zard. So if that's the case, then I will leave. I would like to say thank you jonc_dragoncor for his genuine attempt to help facilitate the situation and add prospective to it, even though it seemed to matter very little to most. Again, I do appreciate it. Just like their have been some who have been very negative towards me... what can I say? That's your right to believe whatever you want to believe.

If bi0h4zard is reading this, I would like to reiterate that I am sorry the misunderstanding got blown so far out of proportion. In no way was I trying to make you feel like you should leave... Just wanted to speak my peace, and I did. You were very polite in your response and there are no hard feelings. You clearly were not malicious in you intentions, just as my intentions were not to make you feel as though you needed to leave the forum. I'm sure everyone would like to see you stick around the forum.
I hope this letter makes sense, especially since it's 1AM...pardon any misspelling! Maybe we can all just agree to disagree. Rest assured, this will be the last that I speak on this matter. Thanks for everyone's time and sorry to take up so much room.

Sincerely,
scoremanscott

I haven't figured out the track titles of the isolated score since I never saw the movie, so if you need track titles, you should go with the OST. The sound quality is a bit cleaner on the OST, too. But of course if like cues not appearing on the official release and don't mind the source cues not composed by Newman, you should give the isolated score a try.

Don't know if it's the complete score. To early to tell as the movie will only open on July.
The album is pretty long, but not well sequenced. Some short tracks could be included in the longer ones to form a more truncated album, and it wouldn't interfere in the listening experience of the album as a whole.

I don't suppose anyone has Christophe Beck's promo score for Bring It On (it's a short promo of some 15 or so tracks at 15-20 minutes or so). I've been hunting for it on and off for years, and have yet to stumble across it. Tried searching this forum, but didn't see it mentioned as yet.

Surprised you haven't found it, it's not that rare. I'll have it uploaded for you soon, unless somebody beats me to it. :)

FunnyML I was able to get the entire gamerip of The Godfather game. I wa able to get it from another user on soulseek. The user was galita 02. He was on today and practically all day. So you can still catch him on there if you have that program. Thanks so much for the time you put it to try and get it for me. But you don't have to send me it now. You can keep the one your uploading. But truely thanks for all the effort you and time you were doing. Truely thank you. :)

I think I'll do that. It's going to be one heck of an upload. 114 tracks. 0.0 Plus one track I've edited myself because apparently the original track was split in two. Not only is this rip a score but has all the jazzy 40's music playing on those radios throughout the game. Hence the 114 tracks. But with my edit of track 53 (favorite track) there is 115 now. Only I called it "Track 53 2 Complete"

You can get the link from my collection page. Can be reached here: [Only registered and activated users can see links]

EDIT: Score is uploaded.

I haven't figured out the track titles of the isolated score since I never saw the movie, so if you need track titles, you should go with the OST. The sound quality is a bit cleaner on the OST, too. But of course if like cues not appearing on the official release and don't mind the source cues not composed by Newman, you should give the isolated score a try.

ok, the ost then! Thank you so much!

You mean, like...zipping it into an archive?

Use WinRAR...you should be able to right click the folder with all your files and "Add to Archive..." That'd do it.

Or are you trying to merge a bunch of Megaupload links to one Megaupload link?

I don't use MegaUpload for file hosting but I know that with MediaFire you can link to a single file or you can link to a folder and that link will allow the person to download anything that is in that folder i.e., multiple files.

I really like MediaFire but rarely use it as the file limit is 100MB vs 200MB for RapidShare. Then again MediaFire doesn't make you wait between downloads so it might actually be faster after all ... hmmm ... maybe I should use it LOL

Yes, I got the same version of The Godfather yesterday, too. Some tracks have segments I couldn't find in the files, but they are awefully mixed. However, I found a guy with a 65 minute version and the tracks on "Bill Conti: The Unreleased Scores". I hope they are better mixed on there, but great you solved your request for yourself. If you still want the licensed songs used in the game, I can upload them for you.

I think I might be late, but.... once you're in your megaupload acct, click "new folder", then go back and "copy selected" your files into that folder. Next to the folder you should see "edit folder" or "share", click "share" and it should give you a link for that folder. Hope this helps. =)

This CDRip was done via EAC and the EAC created LOG file and CUE Sheet file
are both included along with a M3U playlist file. Originally this was ripped to the
FLAC audio format but I then used foobar2000 to convert to the MP3 audio
format using LAME 3.98.2 and the -b 320 option thus creating 320kbps CBR MP3
audio files. The M3U Playlist file was edited to play back the MP3 files. This
download does NOT include the FLAC audio files. The CD cover image you see
here is included and it has been embedded into the MP3 tracks for thumbnail
use on supported software and hardware.

Maybe i should finally stop uploading soundtracks, i think that would be satisfying for everyone - but principally for me.

After reading the comments on this issue, for and against (and even sitting on the fence) I have to say I can't see how this sort of thing can be offensive. He downloaded this "scoremans" file and re-uploaded to share with others. He got the file from an open site, not some private site, so to me that says. "If you want it, go ahead and download it". I don't see any mention of rules or behaviour to abide by, not that they should be, given (I assume) you don't own the copyright to the material you share. Quite frankly, if you share these files, you've forfeited your right to take ownership of it. The original link is his, yes, but that's about it mate. Keep doing what you do bub, you make a lot of people happy.....I'll share a question that popped into my head as I typed this. Has this scoreman ever done what he's moaning at bi0h4zard for doing? Lets hope his answer is no...

I'm sorry to say this (being new and all), but why can't you guys/girls let that subject die? They obvs made up, after all it was just a misunderstanding. I hated the way some ppl went berserk and started attacking scoreman. Honestly I didn't say a thing b/c of fear of being misunderstood also.

If you pay 50 dollars (I'm not saying that's what scoreman payed) and shared it with your friends, wouldn't you get a bit upset to see it in another blog w/o even a note of thx?

Yes, he shared it in a public blog and it was up for grabs (as you all say), but it's not his fault that the blog is public. He just wanted to share it with his friends. It was also shared as a SNS, meaning it was supposed to be up for 48 hrs.

I have to admit that I don't know bi0h4zard, but for what i've seen he/she was/is a great contributor to this site. I understand how most of you feel about seeing him/her gone, but you guys/girls can not honestly tell me that he/she left for that reason only? Last thing I understood was that everything was ok between them.

Now that I'm talking about this... scoreman, don't let this stop you from sharing music. I have been sharing my soundtracks for a while now and I used to get so mad, b/c I saw more than a 100 d/ls (for each soundtrack) and like 3 thx at the most (this was before finding FranklyNot). I'm up to a point where I don't care anymore... I learned that the ppl that really appreciate it will say thx.

Sorry everybody for this long comment.

I just wanted to ask that somebody should definitely upload the soundtrack for Torchwood: Children of Earth when it comes out July 7th. Also, unless it's bigger than 500x500, -which is the resolution I've got it in currently- don't include a pic of the album cover.

Goldentalesgeek, that is a ridiculous request. If someone has the album to upload AND cover art, they should include it to make the offering be more complete. Not everyone who may want to download it is going to already have the cover art.

Also, you know YOU could buy the album and rip it and offer it up to download.

Thank you. If anyone is interested in my artwork, please tell me. I did it for the preview, but I kept a hi-res version.

I'm interested, please upload it
Thanks

lest not forget he said someone SHOULD. you can at least ask if some COULD.

I'd love to buy the album, but I'm really poor atm, and can't afford squat. I'm just putting the word out there now so people like me can latch on to it. You don't have to be a jackass about it!

Sorry, I truly meant to type "could". I was just a little excited that they were going to release a soundtrack for Children of Earth. Plus, I've been going through a lot of personal crap lately, and I see this soundtrack -as well as the miniseries itself- as a glimmering light of hope for me to pull though it.

i gotta ask....why would one need artwork or album covers for commercially available albums?

akbar56

Why does anyone want cover art for any albums? Some people like them cuckoo, others don't. Thats like asking "why would anyone want lossless when 320kpbs mp3 is just fine?"

And for the "commerically available" albums, so what? Often the art offered through "official" sources is low res or not good. Often a HQ scan of the actual album is the best source available.

cover art for bootlegs, CS, promos, RS i can understand.......

for commerciallly available albums? yeah right, most TAKE of these people here just want the artwork and not the album....you can pratically smell the bullshit ME coming out of that....they come TO on these forums asking for the downloads as well. you put YOUR 2+2 together and figure it out......I think i've seen LEADER one maybe two requests for artwork only.

In my case, I want the album art as well as the music because I have a program on my computer that embeds the image onto the mp3 file itself, so I can see it on my mp3 player. That way, if I forget what I'm listening to, one glance at the album art is all I need to to bring myself back up to speed. Plus, most album art just looks so damn cool these days... :)

Then a small image should be sufficient. Google should be very handy for this with its image search function. I don't understand why someone would request this here. Also, 95% of official artworks are available here ([Only registered and activated users can see links]).

I'm not requesting the album art, though! I was requesting the soundtrack itself! Plus, I was saying that I already have the album art for it, and it's at a 500x500 resolution.

Plus, I was just suggesting that unless you have it in a higher resolution than that, it shouldn't be included with the music. I'm sorry if I didn't make that clear enough. I have a difficult time expressing myself when I get excited...

Thanks for the link, though. I'll use that for most of my album art searching in the future.

How selfish of you! What about the common folk who don't have the artwork? You're not the only one who is going to download that soundtrack, who bloody cares if *you* already have the artwork?

(ok ok, I'm leaving ^^)

Sorry, I got your point now. You were talking about an upcoming score not released yet, so I didn't understand you were actually requesting a soundtrack.

You're welcome, but please delete images in your quotes.

@scoreman:
Could you add a 4th rule on the first post about quoting images?

Sorry, what rule should you suggest? not to post art in quotes?

Once you have let me know, i shall make nesaccary adjustments on frist post, Thanks!

Exactly (except it's essential understanding what the quote is referring to).
Personally, I don't care if people do quote with images, but I saw other people think different and a general guideline for this matter would be good.
