As for the rest, I have Doctor Who: The Movie. I'll rip it tonight, but no idea when I can post it as I have no clue if Sharebee's going to work.

I also have three tracks from Torchwood that I can throw into the folder as bonus tracks. There is no album-length Torchwood score (nor plans to release one) that I'm aware of, and these are to the best of my knowledge fan-made reconstructions. One is an extended mix of the main theme, "Mystery" is a spooky ethereal piece, and "Who Is Captain Jack?" is a tense cue that suggests action is imminent.

Get them while they're hot:

Doctor Who: The Movie - by John Debney, John Sponsler, and Louis Febre.

Ah very cool! I didn't realize it was still for sale. I have so much Alien music I guess I wasn't sure it was worth the $30 when it was rereleased, hence I waited a few days, then sold out! I'll have a listen to your upload then make a final decision. Thanks again Slovaksoul! =)

No problem. As one Alien fan to the next I recommend just that. Giving it a listen first. Although I am not disappointed I bought the CD at all, I did find it to be not up to my expectations. Nothing wrong with the CD itself, I just find most of Jerry Goldsmith's score to the original Alien a little bit lacking. I should have time later today to upload it for you.

I have two requests. The first is for Oliver Stone's Alexander. The second is for Goldsmith's LEGEND.

Can't help you with Alexander, but I have the Goldsmith Legend. I posted it a while back with the Tangerine Dream score included, but appearently some people had trouble extracting it. Here's Goldsmith's part by itself:

Resident Evil - by Marco Beltrami, with additional music by Kevin Manthei

Sorry, but no. Go back to page 6 of this thread, where I posted the list of what scores I have. If it isn't on that list, I probably can't get it for you. Most of the soundtrack blogs that have been my sources have been shutting down and drying up over the past year, so unless somebody posts them here, that list isn't likely to see any significant additions anytime soon.

And, incidentally, everybody else is probably too polite to say it, but check the very first post in this thread for The Rules. Rule #1: No multiple requests for the same items, especially not over a single 24 hour period. You're breakin' Ape Law, kid.

I have the one by Eric Kunzel and the Cincinatti Pops (Symphonic Star Trek.) I also have "The Music of Star Trek: The First 30 Years" by the London Pops Orchestra, which I think may or may not be very similar to SST.

The "clowns with a synthesizer and the temerity to call themselves an orchestra" almost sounds like The New World Orchestra, which I have a trio of Star Wars soundtracks from them. However, it doesn't appear they did any Trek pieces.

As for the Star Trek Album, you might have looked for it already, but just in case: [Only registered and activated users can see links]

Okay, that one. I remember it now, and also remeber that I passed on it because it was almost entirely re-issues of the Star Trek material from the first three Sapce and Beyond collections. Speaking of which, get them while they're hot:

Thanks so much, Zoran. You've gone above and beyond for me here. With this I am down to two on my currently coveting list. I am still waiting for the buffy music to finish downloading from the torrent on my computer. I haven't been on that one for a couple of days is the problem. as soon as it does I'll upload it for you.

You are welcome slovaksoul, I am happy to hear that you only have a couple of entries in your "Covet list". I know how it goes with those torrent downloads and how-incredibly-long it can take to download most things...no hurry on this end. :)

@slovaksoul,
I have a rather lengthy request list but I will narrow it down to a few titles for who ever has them.

Alien Nation (TV Series) by Fred Mollin
Battlestar Galactica by Stu Phillips
Babylon 5: “And The Rock Cried Out No Hiding Place” – By Christopher Franke
Babylon 5: Crusade – By Christopher Franke
Babylon 5: Legend Of The Rangers – By Christopher Franke
Forever Knight: volume one by Fred Mollin
Forever Knight: volume two by Fred Mollin

regards,

- Z

All I've got is one Forever Knight, and GNP Crescendo's website doesn't show any Volume 2 listed. Still, here's what I've got:

Forever Knight - by Fred Mollin
Part 1 - [Only registered and activated users can see links]
Part 2 - [Only registered and activated users can see links]

Also, if it helps the search any, I know that Babylon 5: Crusade was done by Evan S. Chen, not Christopher Franke; and I'm pretty sure that Alien Nation was by Curt Sobel, not Fred Mollin. I have an almost 20-year-old 2nd generation audiocassette copy of Alien Nation, and it sure doesn't sound anything like Mollin's trademark style. I have no clue how to transfer audiotape to mp3 (I don't believe I even have the equipment), otherwise I'd post it.

I was surprised to see it listed too, along with the 2-Disc Catwoman and the Chris Young Spider-Man 3. But the guys at these sites:
[Only registered and activated users can see links] and [Only registered and activated users can see links]
posted the covers and booklets and such, and they can't have gone to that much trouble to make professional-looking mock-ups of packaging for scores that don't exist. Can they?

Plus, I have found the Complete versions of Batman Begins, Batman: Mask of the Phantasm, Blade, Blade II, Fantastic Four, The Flash Volume One, Hellboy, Judge Dredd, Superman Returns, X-Men, and X2: X-Men United, and others as shown on their sites, so they are on to some line of reliable inside info.

Don't fret Zoran............I managed to get rid of the bugs, and I downloaded a pile of software to keep it from happening again. I just wanted to warn people so it didn't happen to anyone else. I will be using your MegaUpload links tonight and tomorrow night to get Nightmare 7. Other people may not care for MegaUpload, but it is the one and only service that I can resume a broken download on!

Just for the record, there was a second Forever Knight CD release, but it is out of print now. I have this, (as well as the Alien Nation t.v. score) and if there was any way for me to post them somewhere for you, I would. I would be perfectly happy to burn you a copy and mail it to you in thanks for Wes Craven's New Nightmare. Perhaps you could PM me and give me an address to send it to?

It has been a painstaking process of tracking the music down. Everything is on there all apart one piece..the swanee whistle mall muzak. Its not a dvd rip but the actual library tracks which a few friends and myself have be compiling for like forever! So let me know if ya want me to up. I've also got lots of other very rare stuff. Like the Police Academy ost with the score and the rare Jack Mack songs(except She's in my corner) and the others. so if ya have requests let me know. I had major difficulties with shareonall...........is there any way you could post "The Golden Child" to MegaUpload? I know that most people around here don't like it, but it's the only sharing service that I can resume a broken download on.

Do you have any problems with sharebee cmcougar? I have had some problems with them in terms of the site going down several times in a row, but never to my knowledge any viruses or adware. I ask because I prefer to upload on more than one place at a time just in case something happens, because it takes a fair while on my computer to upload. Let me know.

Hello everyone. First of all I would like to say thank you all so much for all of this work. It is awesome and hopefully I can help a few people out as well as be helped. This community seems friendly and seriously generous. Thank you all.

Next, I have a TON of soundtracks, however, most are on cassette and not on CD. I have a friend who supposedly has the hardware to get the files into MP3 format, but he lives a distance away so I won't see him for a bit. Is anyone interested in such MP3s if they are of decent-good quality? If so, I have a few hard to find scores/soundtracks, including Angels in the Outfield and A Goofy Movie, among many others. I have been trying to get my CD collection of the soundtracks to match my cassette collection, but I only have about 15-20 and they are probably already on here. Anyway, if people are interested I will ask my friend if I can use his computer to get the files for whoever may want them.

Finally, my request/s. One soundtrack that I have been searching the internet world over for is Speed Devils for Sega Dreamcast. I cannot find this anywhere. I have the game, but can't rip the files no matter what I use to do it. I have read it can, and has, been done before. If anyone can help me with this, I would greatly appreciate it. Also, Illbleed for Dreamcast, but I have only begun my search for that as well as The Land Before Time (by James Horner, I believe).

Slovak, you have contributed much to this thread and I want to say thank you. I also noted that you have the Gremlins 2 soundtrack listed. It was my second soundtrack and I've always wanted it so I could play it on my MP3 player. If you could load that, it'd be greatly appreciated.

Thanks again everyone!

I don't think anyone missed this. I searched for it and haven't found anything yet, and I am sure I'm not the only one that has looked. If we don't find anything and don't know the band, we have nothing to post in return. Posting this more than once isn't going to change that.

I suggest waiting patiently for the DVD to be released state-side (or whereever you are from) fully dubbed and all. It should be listed in the credits.

I also think it might not be an outside band, it may just be part of the original score for the movie. So if a soundtrack is eventually released, it might be on that.

Hey, is it possible to get the score for House, M.D., you know the dude with the cane. All I keep finding is songs with lyrics that come on the show.

There is a release of the score but its through a torrent site, and the score is not what you might expect...there basically short cues that last from 20 seconds to 40 seconds. Along with it is the release of all the music that was in every episode.

In the past 2 weeks, RONDC25 has asked for Justice League: New Frontier THREE TIMES.

In the past 2 weeks, NAJORUBI0186 has asked for Justice League: New Frontier FOUR TIMES in this thread and TWICE MORE in private messages to me.

I'm going to direct both of you to the rules clearly posted on the first page of this thread:

Now, there are a few basic rules that apply which i will go over now, to get them out of the way so everyone knows where they stand....Including Me!

Rule 1: You can request as much as you like, but once you have requested it, please do not keep asking if i have found it. Once i have found it i will let you know. If i cannot find it after 3 months, i shall give up and again, let you know.

Now, I humbly suggest to the pair of you that if if you need Justice League: New Frontier so badly that you can't stop pestering us for it, you should get your arses down to a record store and order a copy like I did. Yes, actually pay for something instead of demanding that others buy it and give you a free copy. Novel, isn't it?

Now, I've warned Najorubi0186 before that repetitive requests in a short period are not appreciated, and serve only to aggravate the very people you expect to provide you with free goodies, so I regrettably have to do something harsh in order to make him understand. As I said, I've ordered a copy of New Frontier on CD, but when it comes in I WILL NOT BE POSTING IT. If he continues to be a spastic me-monkey, I will add him to my Ignore list, and thus will NEVER post anything he requests again. Ever. If he complains, especially by PM, I'll just move directly to that position. You were warned once.

Sorry, RONDC25, but while I had hoped to just give you a warning, I can't punish Najorubi0186 and let you off at the same time. Consider this a learning experience and don't let it happen again.

Also, my apologies to everybody else, but as one of content providers in this thread, I feel a responsibility to uphold the rules that have been laid down by Scoreman now that he's gone. If any of you feel a need, I encourage you to direct your disappointment and frustration towards the greedy, impatient party who made it necessary.

LST00
04-02-2008, 08:11 PM
For the record, I was going to say something about the endless requests for Justice League too but I figured since I haven't posted much no one would listen to me.

I assume that both RONDC25 and NAJORUBI0186 are (like me) huge fans of DC animation. If that's the case, then I assume you want more releases of DC music (e.g. Batman: The Animated Series, Justice League Unlimited, etc.). Well the best way to get those released is to buy the DC CD's that are out there right now.

It's one thing to request something that came out years ago, especially if it's out of print. But, as one of you alluded to, this thing just came out the other week! And unless you live in Antartica you should be able to buy a copy for under 20 bucks.

Sorry buddy, but if I post it for you, then Najorubi0186 can get it too, and then he doesn't learn anything except that he can break the rules and still get what he wants. If anything, after I made a point of drawing attention to it, he'd likely learn the exact opposite of the intended object lesson, namely that being an irritant will get results, and then this thread will be eaten up with his whiny demands for Batman: Gotham Knight every ten minutes once that's released, and other noobs are likely to follow his example because he'll have proven it works.

My advice is to save your money and buy a copy later (I sincerely doubt that it'll go out of print in less than a month), and just like back in fourth grade, direct your frustration and disappointment at the greedy fracker who ruined things for everybody else, because it's the only way he'll learn.

I usually use shareonall as I can upload to 5 fileshare sites at once, but appearently people have been having problems with that.

I started using it when some of my uploads were having issues on the individual sites. Having uploaded on multiple gives the request a chance to download it from a different site if there is a problem with one of them.

sounded to you like "Yes I have it and will gladly give it to you"?

I mean, is it that English is an unfamiliar language to you, and you just don't understand anything I'm saying? In which case, I might cut you some slack, but not much.

Is it that you haven't bothered to actually read what people are posting here, especially the ones you keep pestering for free scores? In that case, I stand by my assessment of your being an ignorant spaz.

Are you some kind of narcissistic sociopath that does read and understand it when I say "no, I'm not posting it", but assumes that asking me one more fracking time will make me do it?

Or are you simply that stupid?

Whatever your problem is, it's not mine any longer.

To clarify:

NO, I DON'T HAVE IT!

WHEN I DO GET IT, YOU CAN'T HAVE IT!!!

Congratulations, you witless smear of excrement, you've aggravated me to point where you go on my ignore list. I will never fulfill any of your requests again, ever. You knew the rules, yet you chose to ignore them and make a nuisance of yourself anyway, so now I'm ignoring you, you damp tuft of rectal pubic hair.

Catching up on the thread here... in all the hullabaloo with certain posters, a very polite newbee seems to have gotten ignored:

antithesis_sd: Yes, its considered proper etiquette to show what you have available and fulfill requests if you can. It is not a necessity, but does go a long ways towards coaxing people to help you out with your requests. I thought everyone would have all the stuff I have too, but oh was I wrong. So if you feel like adding to our wonderful pool of soundtracks so far, the more the merrier.
And, welcome to the board and this thread. Live long and prosper. :)

Ahoy, Slovaksoul,

Just a couple questions:

William Shakespeare’s Romeo + Juliet Vol. 2 (Score)
Stargate SG-1

Does the Romeo & Juliet score contain anything with the "O Verona" choral stuff?

Which StarGate SG-1 do you have? Is the the score for just the pilot episode/movie by David Arnold & Joel Goldsmith? Or is it the one with suites & themes from several later episodes by Joel Goldsmith, Richard Band and others?

Thanks for all the great work here.

I was wondering if anyone had these rare scores:

2010 by David Shire
Reboot by Bob (Robert) Buckley
Superman the Animated Series

If anyone missed it let me know. I made the soundtrack to the Journeyman Project 2 Buried in Time. I can repost it if anyone wants it.

I just started a thread called the Shuki Levy Project. I am looking for help bootlegging some of hsi great works like The Real Ghostbusters and X-men, Spiderman and the Legend fo Zelda. I have copies of the Zelda DVDs and will start work on that OST in the next few months.

If you search for this thread I've posted torrent links for the Inspector Gadget OST and Power Rangers.

Thanks to those who provided the Batman TAS

Requesting the Batman Begins Expanded Score. I just can't seem to find it anywhere. There should be an official collector's edition similar to 300's soundtrack, which has three versions. Thanks.

hello all !

i was wondering if anyone had and was willing to post the soundtrack to the movie BIG by Howard Shore.
I have been searching for so long on and i just went through all 40 pages of this thread to see if had been ever posted and it turns out that it hasn't and no one has even requested it. so i was like " of course every other soundtrack in the world is requested/posted except Big.

anyway, im rambling :-\

again, if anyone can post BIG by Howard Shore i would really appreciate it and be ever so grateful. =)
