Hello there. My best respects.

I've been looking for the soundtrack of a movie named "Broken" and couldn't find it even with months of search. This one may be hard to find, but I'll try to ask you Srs. if it's possible to upload it.

The film was released in 2007 (as stated in Wikipedia) or 2006 (as stated in IMDb), and its soundtrack was also released in 2007. The movie didn't earn good praise from the critics nor sufficient budget results, so that's probably the reason for the difficulty to find the album.

It stars actress Heather Graham as the lead role; she also sings one of the songs of the film, "The Hanging Tree". The name of the composer that made one of these tracks ("The Hanging Tree") is called Keram Malicki-Sanchez; the other one that created the rest is called Anton Newcombe. The band that performed the tracks is called Brian Jonestown Massacre.

I think that's all I can expound about the film. I would be very grateful if someone could upload this to me, as I need it to... present someone. =)

The other complaint will be the choices made, which of course are subjective since I'm the one who put them together. I tried to sample the obvious ones as well as some not-so-obvious ones, and in some cases used re-recordings or suites that I felt better conveyed the spirit of the album. All in all, it's a pretty solid 80 minutes of rousing adventure music! :)

I saw the movie "Dark Matter," which contains songs by the Beijing Angelic Choir. They are as follows:

"Old Black Joe"
"Beautiful Dreamer"

Sadly, I was only able to find two of these tracks online (Beautiful Dreamer and Serenade) off their "Beautiful Dreamer" album. The remaining three tracks come off "Praying."

No, but a lot of cues (79min.) had to be taken from the PC version, since they were removed from the Wii version. When there is something new about it, I'll create a thread about the project.

Just a small status:
-probably new stuff written for the DC: 51 tracks, 53:02 min.
-tracks only featured in the PC version: 129 tracks, 78:37 min.
-tracks featured in both versions, taken from the DC: 134 tracks, 110:17 min.
total tracks: 314, total time: 241:56 min.

This is the score to a nice film noir tv-mini-series from Denmark, 'Edderkoppen' (The Spider).
It's a shame it was never released in other countries, not even with subtitles.
And I think the score is awesome. Some tracks have been replaced with a 320k rip of Hyldgaard's showreel.

To be honest, I have no idea where the music occurs in the game. I had no idea that there even was a Heavy Gear video game, let alone played it, when I downloaded the score. (Can't remember where I got it, either, come to mention it...) I was just a fan of the Heavy Gear miniatures and thought that the video game score would have some useful futuristic military action themes. Here it is and you can judge for yourself where it's from.

They do with trailer music. It almost brought the whole forum down because we had links. Ask anyone in the trailer music discussion thread and they'll tell you. Trailer music depends on the "usedness". If everyone has a copy of the Dark Knight trailer music, then the music loses its trailer value to the public.

Anyways this isn't my decision, it's the composer's. If I had a choice of course I'd like links. I'm just telling you for the good of the community.
