Does anyone have unofficial soundtracks to "Curb Your Enthusiasm" or "It's Always Sunny in Philadelphia"? Both use freely available public domain music but I have yet to track down the titles. I have the CD release of "Curb" so I'm just looking for the unreleased cues (there are at least three pieces of music used in every episode that didn't appear on the disc). I did find the theme to "Sunny," but there are two or three other themes frequently used on the show. Thanks for any help in tracking down these tunes!

Until there I only can warn because that terrible noise at the end or beginning of many tracks.

mr.garibaldi yes indeed there is a knack sound on some of the tracks but that happens only at the end, when the music part is over.I am not responsible for that since its not my rip and let's not forget that it's from a promo cd.Personally, it doesn't bother me at all since the music parts are fine.

That's unbelievable...

You erased such a good score because of THAT???

1) The noisy sound only happens at the end of tracks, never at the beginning.

2) It's extremely easy to LOSSLESSLY remove the noisy part with a tool like Mp3directcut (that's what I did).

My guess is you'll probably have to download it again...

The McNeely stuff is coming. Since I'm using my office computer to rip and upload, naturally I have my day job to take care of first, so the scores are uploaed a 100MB chunk at a time, then posted when a set is finished. it sounds like Lisa Gerrard and I'm thinking it probably is......Lisa Gerrard and Patrick Cassidy were in the process of scoring the film, but they never completed it in time and in turn was never used in the film.

They did however record a great portion of it, so this might be part of it.......I don't know if it's available anywhere, but I can't find anything.......hopefully something will turn up for you!

My question is whether or not anyone has it in a higher bitrate than was previously uploaded...128kb/s hardly does this music justice.

I'd really appreciate it if someone with the original CD could make a higher bitrate rip for me. Here are the details:

Uakti, a Brazilian instrumental quintet formed in 1979, (Aguas de Amazona, Mapa & I Ching) and heard on Paul Simon's album The Rhythm of The Saints, provide this evocative score.

The score is an interesting instrumental journey with a number of instruments that are not normally found on a score. It is relaxing while creating slight apprehension.

nice soundtrack, thanks..........interestingly enough Marco Antonio Guimaraes and his group Uaktik actually use instruments that they've created and built themselves....if you're into this type of music they are well worth looking further into.

Seeing as how ID4 is one of my favorite films....

The music in that trailer (the full theatrical trailer) is Hans Zimmer's "Crimson Tide" score, with a tiny fragment of Brad Fidel's "Terminator 2" at the end when the July 3 release date shows up on screen.

There are several links floating around for it...the expanded score has the cues that make up the music in the trailer (never heard the original score album) and the cues on the expanded are:

-Mutiny (track 5)
-2SQ and November 2nd (track 9)
-Roll Tide (track 10)

it sounds like Lisa Gerrard and I'm thinking it probably is......Lisa Gerrard and Patrick Cassidy were in the process of scoring the film, but they never completed it in time and in turn was never used in the film.

They did however record a great portion of it, so this might be part of it.......I don't know if it's available anywhere, but I can't find anything.......hopefully something will turn up for you!

It was re-released as a Varese Sarabande "Deluxe Edition", with around 15 or so minutes of additional music but some music remains missing. Unless sound effect plagued DVD rips are enough to fill the gaps...

You erased such a good score because of THAT???

1) The noisy sound only happens at the end of tracks, never at the beginning.

2) It's extremely easy to LOSSLESSLY remove the noisy part with a tool like Mp3directcut (that's what I did).

My guess is you'll probably have to download it again...

Seeing as how ID4 is one of my favorite films....

The music in that trailer (the full theatrical trailer) is Hans Zimmer's "Crimson Tide" score, with a tiny fragment of Brad Fidel's "Terminator 2" at the end when the July 3 release date shows up on screen.

There are several links floating around for it...the expanded score has the cues that make up the music in the trailer (never heard the original score album) and the cues on the expanded are:

ok it should be able to unzip the file you have..unzip it to a folder..then got to a folder that you unziped it in..and what i do is right-click and in the place where it says new and has the arrow it should say like winrar ziparchive somewhere..do you see that?

Besides the fact that most of the web sites don't allow individual mp3 files to be uploaded, if we did upload individual files, people would have to download sometimes 15-40 separate files rather than the entire thing at once. It is expected that someone who requests a specific soundtrack wants all the tracks unless they suggest otherwise. It has also been the tradition of this web site and the message boards herein long before I started posting here that you upload a zip to a filesharing website to easily deliver the file to the largest number of people.

It's strongly advised not to convert a lossy format to another. It's called to do a transcode and it's BAD. The thing you should is to re-rip the cd to mp3 and then edit it.

Yeah if you ripped it in Windows Media Player then change your settings to rip to mp3 instead of WMA or use a different software such as EAC or Freeripmp3.
