2. Disconnect your modem from the Internet (restart your Internet Connection in Windows via your Internet Programm to access a new IP adress.
3. Go to RapidShare and continue to leech. ;)
4. Begin to restart with point 2.

When you use a router:
1. Download in RapidShare...
2. Restart your router (Swicht the power off and then again on or go into your router with it's IP adress and restart your connection via the router)
3. Continue to leech
4. Restart with point 2.

^^ You have to download both parts to be able to extract it. Use WinRAR or something similar to extract.

The title is Mousatsu Otakutics, as far as I can tell. The kanji used for mousatsu aren't a standard compound, so I'm guessing at the pronunciation. The otakutics is a combination of otaku and tactics, so it could be romanized as either otakutics or otactics.

I did download a torrent for SRPC0024 but everything was compacted AGAIN.
Plus it was an unknown format. Talk about a waste of 8 hours.

every SRPC-L005 link I find is dead...everywhere
either that or i have to download a 2.5GB torrent
