Not missing. The soundtrack is the Japanese version, therefore not having the song.

there are two versions of the soundtrack - the Japanenese version and the European version. I have the European release and it has Simple and Clean on it rather than Hikari (though that's the only difference)

The artist's name is actually Utada Hikaru...it's a simply mistake.
